Lakewood CO -  IF store employees were armed would crimes like this happen? Lakewood police have requested the public’s help in locating a man in connection to an armed King Soopers robbery.

Detectives said an investigation established that the male suspect had been in a back storage room for at least a couple of hours before robbing the store.

A store manager confronted the suspect, prompting the man to threaten him with his gun, said police. The manger then was locked in the back room while the suspect gathered store items and exited through the front entrance. 

Lakewood CO – Unarmed Victims had no way to defend themselves. Police are seeking help in identifying a man and a woman they believe robbed a Nordstrom Rack and Rite Aid store.

Police say the couple threatened an employee with a knife in both incidents when they were confronted. The first robbery was at a Nordstrom Rack store near South Wadsworth Boulevard and West Alameda Avenue.

The second incident occurred at a Rite Aid store near South Wadsworth and West Jewell Avenue. When confronted outside, the male threatened an employee with a knife.
